MYCKET (SE) was initiated in 2012 by the designers, architects and artists Mariana Alves Silva, Katarina Bonnevier, Ph.D., and Thérèse Kristiansson. Since then, they have developed their artistic research from intersectional perspectives such as anti-racist and queer-feminist theories. MYCKET’s practice is informed by the theatrical, the carnivalesque and political activism. Together they rummage through the borderlands of the lives we live, and the built environment that surrounds us.
